We also support our learners to understand the concept of Growth Mindset, as developed by Professor Carol Dweck at Stamford University.\u00a0 Growth Mindset is the idea that intelligence is not \u2018fixed\u2019 and we know we can develop our understand and knowledge in all areas. We seek to help our learners not only understand they CAN make progress and achieve \u2013 even with the hardest learning \u2013 and HOW they can support themselves through various metacognitive strategies.<\/p>\n
