style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">Dear Colleague,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">As you may be aware a review of the multi-agency child protection core training programme is underway and a similar review of the adult protection core training programme has been approved and will commence shortly.\u00a0 The aim of these pieces of work is to ensure that multi-agency learning provided meets the current needs of the workforce in a flexible and resource efficient way.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">With the training reviews in progress this is we felt this is an ideal time for us to consider what topics might be effectively delivered on a Protecting People basis \u2013 so open to the whole multi-agency workforce and not specifically targeted to either the adult of children\u2019s workforce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">We are very keen to gather views from workers on the frontline to ensure that we are identifying the right topics to deliver in this way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-family: Calibri;font-size: medium\">We have kept this survey very short (only 5 questions) and would be grateful if you could spare a few
