The Commonwealth Class Teacher’s short story writing competition is open. You are invited to submit a children’s story set in your Commonwealth country of residence and based on the theme of ‘peace’. By taking part in the competition, you will have the chance of winning a virtual writing masterclass with renowned author and Children’s Writing Fellow for Northern Ireland, Myra Zepf.<\/p>\n

Find inspiration with the help of story writing tips courtesy of the experts and last year’s top entries, all available on the Schools Online website. The deadline is 09:00 GMT on 12 February 2018. Find out more<\/a>.<\/p>\n
