Here are some pictures of the work we have been doing over the past few weeks for our topic.

We painted these lovely silhouettes of pyramids at sunset.

Our friends in Primary 3 at Dunipace Primary School are also doing a topic on Ancient Egypt. Click here to see their super work on this art project.

We made amulets by pasting pasta shapes onto card, then spraying them gold or silver.

We made pendants from clay and carved our initial/s on them in hieroglyphics. We are waiting for these to dry before we spray them gold and add a ribbon.

We have been learning about Egyptian houses and made this Egyptian courtyard from one of Mrs Stewart’s project books.
