Museum Success

Torry Battery was the front of our Museum with facts about the Battery and why it is important to Aberdeen.

Thank you to all the visitors who came to visit our Museum of Scotland @ Walker Road. We loved your positive comments about the hard work of our staff and pupils  and how much you all learned from the pupils. It was a great day and there was a real buzz around the school.  The pupils and staff loved sharing their learning and we also got the big thumbs up from the Torry Heritage Society and the Community Council. We truly are Wonderful Walker Road!

Open Evening

Remember the pupils are sharing their learning on Wednesday 25th March in Social Studies through our Museum of Scotland @ Walker Road. Classrooms will be open from 2pm-3pm and 6pm-7pm.

THE FUTURE WALL

Please also take some time to leave your thoughts about what we should focus on as a school over the next few years and the skills you would like us to develop with your children on Our Futures Wall (P3-7 end of the main corridor).

We really look forward to sharing our wonderful learning with you all. See you there!

Red Nose Day 2015!

Red Nose Day 2015

Friday 13th March

We are hoping that all pupils and staff from Nursery – P7 will change their faces and “Make your face funny for money”.

Pupils should come dressed as they please that day, but with something funny about their face.

We are suggesting £1 donation and all money donated will go directly to Comic Relief.

If you have any questions, then please do not hesitate to contact us.
