CLIC Targets

CLIC Targets for the week 14/06/2021:

C – Squiggleworth (Step 1): I can partition a 2 digit number.
For example 24 = 20 and 4

L – Review of 2x, 5x and 10x tables.

I – Fact Families (Step 3): I know the Fact Family when given a single addition fact.
For example 23 + 32 = 55. 32 + 23 = 55, 55 – 23 = 32 and 55 – 32 = 23.

C – Subtraction (Step 18): I can solve any 2 digit – 1 digit.
Remember to find the starting number, count back the right amount and see where you have landed.

You can practise these targets each day.

CLIC Targets

CLIC Targets for the week 07/06/2021:

C – Reading Numbers (Step 6): I can read 3 digit numbers.

L – Review of 2x, 5x and 10x tables.

I – Coin Multiplication (Step 2): I can complete a 1, 2, 5, 10 card.
Remember to find 10 lots first, double 1 lot to find 2 lots and halve 10 lots to find 5 lots.
For example 32 x 1 = 32, 32 x 2 = 64, 32 x 5 = 160 and 32 x 10 = 320. I have attached a link below to help you but please remember that we are only using the x1, 2, 5 and 10 calculations.

C – Addition (Step 18): I can add a 2 digit tens number to another one.
Remember to use your Learn Its to find how many tens altogether and turn your tens total back into a number.
For example 20 + 60 = 2 tens + 6 tens = 8 tens = 80

You can practise these targets each day.

CLIC Targets

CLIC Targets for the week 31/05/2021:

C – Count Fourways: I can count in ¼s.

L – Review of 2x, 5x and 10x tables.

I – Coin Multiplication (Step 1): I can complete a 1, 10 card.
For example 32 x 1 = 32 and 32 x 10 = 320. I have attached a video link to help you but please remember that we are only doing the x1 and 10 calculations.

C – Division (Step 14): I can solve a division number sentence with objects.
Remember to set out the correct number in the starting pile. Know what size of smaller pile you are making. Then pull out smaller piles until the starting pile has all gone. Finally, count how many ‘lots of…’ there were.

You can practise these targets each day.

L – Step 9: 2x table

I – X10 & ÷10 (÷10 – Step 1): I can divide multiples of 10 by 10.
For example 130 ÷ 10 = ?

C – Subtraction (Step 17): I can solve 2 digit – 1 digit.
Remember to find the starting number, count back the right amount and see where you have landed.
For example 47 – 4 = ?

You can practise these targets each day.

C – Count Fourways: I can count in 200s.

L – Step 9: 2x table

I – X10 & ÷10 (x10 – Step 1): I can multiply whole numbers by 10.
For example 13 x 10 = ?

C – Addition (Step 17): I can solve 2 digit + 1 digit.
Remember to find the 2 digit number, count on the amount to be added and write down where you have landed.
For example 42 + 6 = ?

You can practise these targets each day.

CLIC Targets

CLIC Targets for the week 10/05/2021:

C – Count Fourways: I can count in 20s.

L – Step 9: 2x table

I – Jigsaw Numbers (Step 3): I can find the missing piece to 100.
Remember to make the units digit total 10 and the tens digit total 9.
For example 54 + ? = 100

C – Division (Step 13): I can arrange a division number sentence.
Remember to set out the correct number in the starting pile and know what size of group you are making.
For example 15 ÷ 3 = 15 blocks going into piles of 3.

You can practise these targets each day.

CLIC Targets

CLIC Targets for the week 26/04/2021:
