Primary Two performed their Assembly today! It was all about the skeleton and bones. The children did an amazing job and especially enjoyed doing their own “freestyle” dance at the end!Â
P2 had lots of fun doing some outdoor learning today with Miss Roberts! We explored nouns and adjectives by finding things around us like grass, sticks and leaves. The we had to write our adjectives on the ground with chalk.
Next we made patterns using sticks, leaves, twigs and other items we could find outside. We made some super patterns!
We also made a house for a mouse and were very creative with our designs!
Finally, it was so cold that we had a story in the cosy bothy bag to warm up! We read the funny story “Supertato”.

Happy New Year!
The children have been busy this week making some New Year wishing wands. There was a variety of wishes, some of the children wished to learn to swim, keep their room tidy, get better at football or learn to ride a bike. Hopefully their wishes come true!
Yesterday the children had lots of fun at the Christmas party! We played musical chairs, pass the parcel and did lots of dancing too!
We have also been really busy in class doing lots of Christmas crafts!
We made some beautiful cards and calendars which the children will be bringing home soon!
Today the children could wear a Christmas jumper to school for the Christmas lunch. They had lots of fun pulling crackers before lunch!
The children did so well today performing our show “Hey Ewe”. They all sang brilliantly and looked fantastic in their costumes!
