We continue to be very interested in water. This week we have been developing our skills in carrying out simple experiments to determine whether an object floats or sinks. We then tried to sort our objects into the correct floating or sinking baskets – this is a key numeracy skill we are developing.
We are going to build on this next week by trying to build our own boats.
One of Liam’s favourite activities at present is playing in water and measuring it in various containers so this is something he will particularly enjoy.
