Where has time gone!
P4-7 have settled in well to their new classes with their new teachers and have had a very successful Term 1; P7 were very enterprising and ‘grew’ fivers, P6 compared and contrasted Scotland with other countries, P4/5 and P5 went back in time to find out about the Titanic and P4 developed their IT skills by creating Stop Motion movies using Lego figures.
In assembly, P4-7 pupils are learning about SHANARRI – how children should be Safe, Healthy, Achieving, Nurtured, Active, Respected, Responsible and Included. We are also continuing to learn about Children’s Rights; all assemblies will be linked to these themes. We also celebrate achievements in assembly – photos will be posted here each term.
We have to mention the ‘C’ word! P4-7 pupils will perform ‘Christmas Round the World’ at 9.30am on Wednesday 13th Dec and 2pm Thursday 14th Dec (times TBC.)
Christmas parties will be held in the last week of term and M+M Productions will perform ‘Pinocchio’ in the school hall on 21 December. See our Christmas bulletin for more details.
