After our successful scooter day recently the children asked if they could bring their bikes in. We have decided that on the last day of term the children can bring in their bike or their scooter. Please let me know prior to Friday 5th July if your child needs to borrow a bike or scooter from nursery.

Graduation
Just a reminder that you are all invited to our Graduation on Friday 28th June. The morning nursery will be at 10.40am and the afternoon graduation will start at 2pm. Please remember to return your slip by Tuesday so we know how many people to expect. Thank you.
Nursery/P1 visits
The children were given the opportunity to meet their new P1 teacher this week. We also had visits from the new children coming into nursery next session.
Fit Week
Well done to all of the children who took part in their Sports Day this week. Thank you to everyone who came to support us. The children have all been split into 4 houses: Crathes, Craigievar, Drum and Castle Fraser. Crathes Castle won the most points in both the morning and afternoon sports. Well done to Aimee, Anna D, Jamie, Alex and Shawna in the morning nursery and to Zara, Oliver, Nicholas, Nasser and Katie in our afternoon nursery. As the upper school sports were rained off today we are still waiting the overall points for the whole school.
The morning nursery along with Primary 1 had the opportunity to try some fruit and learn about healthy eating with some staff from Asda.
The afternoon nursery had the opportunity to check how good they were at handwashing by using a special gel and a UV lamp.

Please go directly to The Woodies. Children will be dismissed from there also.
Open Day
Thank you to everyone who came to our open day. The children really enjoyed showing you what we have been learning about in nursery recently.
Duthie Park
We really enjoyed our trip to Duthie Park last Friday. Well done to all the girls and boys for the long walk they all managed!
