As part of the World War 2 Topic primary 6 learned about the importance of Propaganda in World War 2. They created their own propaganda posters. Some children used some famous propaganda slogans for their posters, whilst other created their own slogans.

Kick It! Football Tournament Final Round
Congratulations to Bolt United, Nando’s FC, Ultimate United and Ultimate Elephants who have made it through to the final stages of the tournament.
The Matches this afternoon are as follows:
- 1:40-2:00 – Bolt United vs. Nando’s FC
- 2:00-2:20 – Ultimate United vs. Ultimate Elephants
- 2:20-2:40 – Winning team from each match will play in the final.
Parents and classes are welcome to join us outside and watch the matches this afternoon to find out who will win the Kick It! Football Tournament.
Kick It! Football Tournament Day 2 Match Highlights
Lads FC v Tank United
The match kicked off and Lads FC hit the post, then Tank United narrowly missed twice.
Clark and Fasih both scored great goals which made it 2-0 to Tank United.
The whistle blew for half time and the two teams had a team huddle.
The second half began and Lads FC hit the post.
Clark got hacked and got a penalty but Alexander from Lads FC saved it and the score remained 2-0.
Clark took a free kick but it was deflected.
The whistle blew for full time and the final score was 2-0 to Tank United.
Bolt United v Ultimate United
The game kicked off and Ultimate United took a shot at goal but the ball sailed over the crossbar.
Bolt United dribbled down the wing and crossed the ball into the box but Daniel from Ultimate United headed the ball out.
Bolt United took some more shots at goal but they all missed.
The whistle blew for half time and the two teams had a minute to get their breath back.
The match resumed and Miller from Ultimate United instantly took a shot but it was deflected.
Suddenly there was an opportunity to shoot so Aiden from Bolt United did and it went in making the score 1-0 to Bolt United.
Ultimate United did a good dribble but got tackled and the match ended 1-0 to Bolt United.

There will be a draw tomorrow morning to determine which teams will play each other, with the winning team from each match moving onto the Finals on Friday.
Any parents who wish to come and watch the matches they will be taking place on Thursday and Friday afternoon this week between 1:30 and 3:00. There will also be cupcakes for sale.

Bolt United v Purple Perrywinkles
The game began with Callum scoring twice.
The ball came to Lewis from the Purple Perrywinkles and he made it 2-1.
Then Aiden and Kerr both scored and gave Bolt United a strong lead.
Callum took a shot on goal but narrowly missed but quickly scored twice.
Ben and Angus both scored and made it 6-3
Aiden scored twice and Callum scored a great goal which made the final score 9-3 to Bolt United.
Ultimate FC v Ultimate United
The match kicked off and Sasha from Ultimate United instantly scored and made it 1-0.
Ultimate FC made some good saves but Miller scored anyway making it 2-0.
Miller took a penalty but it hit the post.
Daniel took a free kick and scored which made it 3-0 to Ultimate United.
Ultimate FC made a good save but Miller got the ball and scored twice which made the score final score 5-0 to Ultimate United.
Lads FC v Untitled United
The game started and Alexander quickly ran at goal and scored making it 1-0 to Lads FC.
Untitled United hit the post but the tables soon turned and Greg scored twice which made it 2-1 to Untitled United.
Untitled United got tackled but soon got the ball back and Greg scored again which made it 3-1 to Untitled United.
Lads FC got the ball and Alexander scored again, the final whistle blew and the final score was 3-2 to Untitled United.
