Broomhill School P1 Room 5

I have had a fantastic year.  The boys and girls have worked really hard and it is lovely to see how much they have changed over the year.  I hope everyone has a super holiday and I will look out for everyone next year!  Happy holidays!

Our finalist in Broomhill’s Got Talent were Jessica and William dancing to Whip Nae Nae and Aidan signing Numb.  Both acts were fantastic.  Well done to Jessica and William for winning 2nd place!  Well done to all the boys and girls for auditioning.

We enjoyed a visit from P7.  The P7 pupils created their own farming stories and kindly read the stories to us.  Thank you!

Someone forgot to put their disco letter into their homework bag!  In case you didn’t receive the letter the P1 disco is on Tuesday 21st June in the gym hall from 5.15pm to 6pm.  If you can, come dressed in summery clothing such as shorts and t-shirts, sun glasses, hats, grass skirts etc.

We visited Cafe 24 in room 18 this week.  The staff were very professional seeing us to our seats, talking through the menu and taking our orders.  The food was yummy and the service was great.  Big thank you to Miss Watt and the boys and girls in room 18 for inviting us!

We had lots of fun learning how to play table tennis with Mrs Begg.
