Litter Less Campaign update

In January the Eco group went out into the community to spread the Litter Less Campaign. We approached local businesses and asked them to display our posters to encourage people not to drop litter and to warn people of the dangers caused by dropping litter. A huge thank you to Flourish, Ceramika, Spar, Rock Salt and Snails, Blooms and Balloons by Suzie, Claremont Studio, Claire’s Sandwich Shop and JG Ross for all agreeing to display our posters. If you would like to help spread the campaign in your business please get in touch.

  1. A message from the Litter and Waste Eco Group, Rashielea Primary, Erskine, Renfrewshire.

    Hello,
We are very please to be in contact with another school who afre taking part in the Litterless Campaign.
We have been busy in the Community and have been working with Erskine Parish Church and helping to keep their grounds and surrounding area free from litter.
This week we were in our local paper, the Paisley Daily Express. The photograph showed us wearing our yellow Keep Scotland Beautiful tabards.
On Monday 3 June we has an Eco day and during it all pupils took it in turn to keep our playground clean.
We also have had a few Eco Assemblies where we reminded all pupls to look after our playground and keep it tidy.
