\n-order the numbers by their hundreds digit
\n-then, if they have the same hundreds digit, order by the tens digit
\n-then, if they have the same tens digit, order by the units digit
\nPut these in order from smallest to largest: 543, 331, 187, 173, 921, 647<\/p>\n
