C \u2013 Counting Along (Step 2): I can count along even when the numbers aren\u2019t written in. Use a number line, ruler or other object with the numbers written in order but with missing numbers.<\/p>\n

I – X10 & \u00f710 (\u00f710 – Step 1): I can divide multiples of 10 by 10. For example, 130 \u00f7 10 = 13
\nRemember to:
\n-take the zero off the units end
\n-remember that this moves the digits one place to the right
\n-remember that this makes the number 10 times smaller
\nTry these: 360 \u00f7 10 = __, 720 \u00f7 10 = __, 940 \u00f7 10 = __, 250 \u00f7 10 = __, 170 \u00f7 10 = __<\/p>\n
C – Subtraction (Step 28): I can take any 2-digit number from 100. For example, 100 \u2013 35
\nRemember to:
\n-find the gap to the next multiple of 10
\n-find the gap from that multiple of 10 to 100
\n-add the 2 gaps
