This week our letter sounds are w and v. Letter w homework should be completed for Wednesday and letter v homework should be completed by Friday.

Common Words

Please continue to use the first and second word walls to revise sight vocabulary. Words for this week are for and from. Please complete the common word homework for Thursday. You may need to help your child to write the number after counting the words together. They can also try to write the words.

Reading

Reading this week will be on Monday and Thursday. Don’t forget to check the word pot for new words with each new set of books. These can be used for matching to the words in the reading books, and recognising and reading when the children are able.

Books will be taken in next Monday for the holidays.
