Another way of preserving the leaves
This time we mixed some glycerine with water and poured it on top of our leaves. We placed another tray on top of the leaves and pressed it down. Next week we will find out what has happened to our leaves!
Preserving the leaves
One of our class members brought in some leaves which she had pressed between the pages of a book. This kept the leaves nice and flat.

Our new sound this week is “i”. We have made it with playdough, painted it, made it on the interactive whiteboard, printed it with ink and written it with rainbow colours! Phew, we have been busy!
Starting Primay One
Some of us have now started in Primary 1 DG (Room 2). We have been very busy. We have been familiarising ourselves with our new ‘home’ and settling ourselves into our new routine. We have been listening to stories about our classmates hoildays which have all sounded really exciting. Everyone has had lots of fun!
