Hello Everyone,<\/span><\/p>\n

Information<\/b><\/p>\n

This week we would like to look at our families. Families come in all shapes and sizes and can look very different from each other.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Everybody has their very own family at home that is unique to them.<\/span><\/p>\n

When you come to Abbotswell you join our School Family. Those children who are in our ELC\u00a0 are already apart of our school community and know how everybody works together to make our Abbotswell Family a happy, caring, and safe place to be.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n

This week we have two challenges for you.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Complete the transition passport that has been sent to you.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Do you know the letter sounds in your name?<\/span><\/p>\n

    This week we would like you to find objects that have the same letter sounds as the ones in your name.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If you do not know all your letter sounds that is okay. Just find items for the ones you do know.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Example.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Name Sam – Straw, Apple, Monkey<\/span><\/p>\n

    Or Strawberry, Slipper, Sock<\/span><\/p>\n

    Question<\/b><\/p>\n

    I am looking forward to or excited about??<\/span><\/p>\n

    This can be anything you think will happen at Primary1 or in the school. If you\u2019re grown up writes down what you say and can post it on your ILD or emails them to the nursery staff.<\/span><\/p>\n
