Jog Scotland at Scotstown
Our Jog Scotland group runs every second Monday in and around the school for P5 – P7 pupils of all running abilities. The aim of the group is to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle and also to show that exercise can be fun.
The sessions last for about 45-50 minutes and because of the amount of fun games and activities, we don’t realise how much running we are doing! If you fancy getting those running shoes on, please come along and join us.
