P6/7 became chemists for a day this week. A huge thank you to Dr Houssen from Aberdeen University for coming in and telling us all about the importance of chemistry and DNA. We were up to our elbows in slime, balloons, glow sticks and volcanoes! We had a fantastic day and learned lots.
