We have been continuing our work on World War 1 as the 11th November approaches. We wrote a diary entry as if we were a soldier in the trenches and really used our imagination as we described trench foot, the rats and the conditions.  We also created some art work by drawing silhouettes and doing some collage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have now started our second topic based on the novel, “Mortal Engines” by Philip Reeve.  We are just getting to know the characters and understand the setting. Our art work below was based on the protagonists.
