After a lovely 2 week rest in the Easter Holidays, we are ready to learn new things and make the last term in P6 a successful one!  This week we have been learning how to sketch a self-portrait step by step.  By doing this, it helped us to draw everything in the correct position.  We had to use different methods of using our pencils to create different effects.

In Maths we learned how to times and divide to work out a fraction.  We have also been learning how to convert a fraction to a decimal and percentage.  Some of us found this really easy.  Well done!

We also started our Living and Growing topic this week.  We watched a video about the way we change and grow into puberty.  We had to order the different things that changes in boys and girls.

In Science we are learning about our bones, muscles and joints.  We had to think about whether our bones were rough and bendy or smooth and hard.  What do you think?
