We have been watching Willy wonka and the chocolate factory with primary 5 ‘ 6. We finished the film and had a fantastic time!

We were inspired by the Oompa Loompa dance in the film to create our own dances.  We worked in pairs to create a sequence of movements in time to the music.  In groups of 4 or 5 we combined our ideas to create our dances.  

At Cocoa Ooze we made our own chocolate designs.  First we made a chocolate bar with our names on it.  Then we made 2 lolly pops and decorated them with sweets.  Lastly we made our own creations from marshmallows and coloured chocolate.  We wrapped them all up and took them home to show our families.  

For homework, we made our own factory rooms based on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.  We all used different materials to make our factory different.  Lots of people used their imagination and lots of sweets to decorate it.
