This week there are 2 classes who are worthy of the title ‘Class of the Week’.

P7A because they all volunteered to support the younger pupils at lunchtimes in the dinner hall.  Also, Rachael, Lauriena, William and Shefin from P7A presented to the whole school about keeping the lunch hall tidy and learning life skills at the same time.

P4/5 were also awarded class of the week because they performed an amazing assembly about Mandarin and the Chinese new year.

A great big well done to the HT award winners for 9 March 2018!

One of our P6pupils, decided to ask for donations for her 10th birthday so that she could donate the money to charity.

She decided to give the money, £210 to Mrs Murray’s Cat & Dog Home along with a whole basket of goodies.  What a generous and community spirited thing to do!  She got a wonderful reply from the charity. Well done!

What a fantastic Vikings assembly from P4!  They share so much of their learning with us.  The told us where Vikings came from.  How they travelled in their long ships and how they wrote in runes carved in stone.  They sang a fantastic Viking song too!  Thank you to all of the families who came along – a record breaking number of people!
