This year the nursery trip was to Haddo House Country Park.
There was lots of fun had in the play park.
The children also enjoyed the very friendly ducks and swan, who followed them hoping for food!
We played ‘Pooh Sticks’ on the bridge, but it was hard to see who won.
The rain had left puddles to play in,
And we had a walk round the grounds and up to the deer statues.
The children had great fun and were totally tired out
Many thanks to all the adults who helped out, we couldn’t have done it without you!
A huge big thank you to all the parents who came along to celebrate the children who are moving on to Primary 1 this year. The children really enjoyed performing for you and we hope you enjoyed the refreshments.
Amy-Leigh for making new friends and being polite
and
Jayden for trying really hard at sports day and making new friends.
The Children had lots of fun during sports. They were all superstars and tried their very best. Well done everyone!
The children have been planting out the beans we have been growing in nursery. Hopefully they will grow really big. The children are hoping they grow all the way to the sky just like Jack and the beanstalk!
This weeks stars are:
Millar for being a superstar helper to everyone in nursery
and
Quentin for making a fantastic symmetrical picture
We have been making bug hotels. We had to collect lots of sticks then tie them together before choosing somewhere to put them. Each week we will check them to see if any bugs have moved in!
The children have been having lots of fun exploring during our wee green spaces visits to the Gramps. They have found all sorts of interesting features and bugs.
Have a look at what we do in Nursery
