Thank you to all the parents who were able to come with the primary two classes on Friday to visit the Aberdeen Science Centre.
A good time was had by all and the children returned to school even more enthusiastic aboutSpace than they had been before!
The planetarium show, although quite complicated, is a different way of looking at things – lying down – and the dome is fun to go into.
The children watched the planetarium show first then had time on the floor exhibits including the very popular new attraction all about SPACE.
Our second workshop was called “Destination Space” and was a fun, interactive look at going to and working on the International Space Station (ISS).
We have just included all the photos and hope we have everyone in there somewhere.
Here are all our budding engineers, scientists and astronauts of the future enjoying learning in the ASC’s new space themed attraction.
