All children received a letter about the Christmas Shoebox Appeal. There has not been a huge amount of donations yet!

If anyone has any of the suitable items as mentioned in the letter, could you please donate these and the Pupil Council will put them together into boxes for the relevant age group.

It’s a great opportunity for a clear out before Christmas!!

We are grateful for all donations as this is for a super worthy cause.

Book Fair

There is a 1/2 price Book Fair visiting our school this week. It arrives tomorrow so classes will be able to visit the Fair from Wednesday. We will go Thurs morning and children will get to write down a book/books that they are interested in. If you would like your child to buy any of these, they will get the opportunity to do so during the rest of the week.

Swimming

P4 children start swimming lessons this Wednesday 29/08/18. They will have an earlier lunch to allow them to leave school at 12:45 They will return  for the usual home time, 15:00.

I have sent invitations and codes home with your child today with the hope that you can join us.

I will be able to communicate through a message facility during working hours with parents/carers and the children can post work they are proud of so you can be up to date with events in our class.

Note: Ensure the parent account is created first, then you will be prompted to set up your child’s!
