Literacy Homework wb 11-06-2018

Literacy: to be completed for Friday 15/06/2018

Spellings:

  • Write out spellings 2 more times.
  • Learn for Friday

Spelling Activity:  Pyramid Words. Use half of your words and write them out in a pyramid shape.

Sentences:

  • Choose half of your spelling words and put them into sentences; 7 if you’re in the Question Marks group!
  • Each sentence must include an ambitious connective– not to be: “But“, “So“, Because“, “And” or “Then
  • Use a thesaurus or the word list inside the front cover of your homework jotter.

Complete the worksheet called Test 15. This test covers a range of numeracy covering many areas of the curriculum.

These tests will be given out each week for revision.

Some questions, children may find tricky as they may not have encountered such a question in a while, however, children are instructed to come and speak to me before Thursday. Each question will be looked at in school and corrected together.
