Expectations<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Treat ourselves, other people and property with respect.<\/p>\n

Always do our best.<\/p>\n

Be kind<\/p>\n

Allow everyone to do their work.<\/p>\n

Follow instructions immediately<\/p>\n

Listen quietly when others are speaking<\/p>\n

Sanctions<\/strong><\/h1>\n
    \n
  1. Spoken reminder<\/li>\n
  2. Moved to work in another area within the class<\/li>\n
  3. Moved to work in another class or Headteacher\u2019s office if appropriate<\/li>\n
  4. Phone call to parents<\/li>\n
  5. If disruptive behaviour is ongoing, a behaviour plan will be drawn up with the school, child and parent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Rewards<\/strong><\/h1>\n

    Pompoms will be awarded for kindness, respect and hard work<\/p>\n

    A running total of pompoms awarded will be kept<\/p>\n

    50 = bronze certificate<\/p>\n

    75 = Silver certificate<\/p>\n

    100 = gold certificate<\/p>\n

    125 = platinum certificate<\/p>\n

    150 = Diamond certificate<\/p>\n

    When a whole class reaches an award level they will choose a class reward.<\/p>\n

    Head teacher awards are also available<\/p>\n

    Sanctions in the Playground<\/strong><\/h1>\n
      \n
    1. Expectation \u2013 play nicely – kind hands, feet and words<\/li>\n
    2. Spoken reminder<\/li>\n
    3. Yellow card \u2013 encouraged to move into another game<\/li>\n
    4. Red Card \u2013 10 mins time out in the cloakroom<\/li>\n
    5. Phone call to parents – a behaviour plan for playtimes will be agreed with the school, parents and the child and a privilege will be removed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
