The choir walked down\u00a0 to the pier to sing a Gaelic\u00a0 song with the Adult choir. About half an hour later\u00a0the schools walked down to the Islay Hotel to wave the\u00a0handmade flags that\u00a0we made\u00a0at Port Ellen Primary School. They waved the flags to welcome the Princess Royal\u00a0for the\u00a0WW1 commemorations and to remember the brave soldiers that were in World War\u00a0One and that the\u00a0fought for there country for us.
