P5 have been learning about the Titanic for their topic this term.\u00a0 We went to the beach to observe boats by the peer. As we study the Titanic, we tried looking at how we might use perspective to help us draw a boat.\u00a0 Then we went back in time to try and get a better understanding of what it would have been like to be a passenger on the Titanic.\u00a0 We listened to a survivors story… it is so interesting! Finally the children braved the weather to set their Titanic models free into the sea. Some were slightly more successful at sailing than others… Everyone got soaked but it was so much fun!<\/p>\n
