School Improvement & How We Know We\u2019re Doing Well<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

At Bowmore Primary School<\/strong>, we are always looking carefully at how well we are doing and how we can keep improving for our children, families and wider community.<\/p>\n

Each year, we publish two key documents:<\/p>\n

    These help us share our priorities, celebrate successes and be open about where we are heading next.<\/p>\n

    Our School Improvement Plan (SIP)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    Our School Improvement Plan sets out the main areas we are focusing on this session to support children\u2019s learning, wellbeing and wider achievements. It is shaped by:<\/p>\n

      At Bowmore, improvement is guided by our strong commitment to nurture principles and children\u2019s rights. We believe children learn best when they feel safe, valued and included, and when their voices are listened to and acted upon. Our priorities reflect this, with a focus on positive relationships, inclusive practice and high-quality learning experiences for all.<\/p>\n

      We use the\u00a0PACE model \u2014 Pedagogy, Attainment, Curriculum and Ethos \u2014<\/strong>\u00a0to structure our improvement work. This helps us ensure that every development we plan strengthens high-quality teaching, raises attainment, builds a broad and relevant curriculum, and supports a positive, inclusive school culture.<\/p>\n
