Primary 5 children will start their swimming and dry sports block at Wishaw Sports Centre this week. A letter has been issed to all P5 children detailing what they will need on a Thursday.

Room 10 are embarking on a road trip of the U.S.A. We have started by locating the 51 states of the U.S.A and carried out some maths work using the compass rose to look at directions.

The children have been issued with non-written homework which should be completed by next Wednesday (9th November). Below is a link to the maths multiplication game and the Spanish colours game. Children has been shown which game they are to play for the Spanish colours.

In class we have been learning about God’s Loving Plan. Identify a relatives,friend, sports person, member of the local community who work to improve the lives of others in the local community, Scotland or the wider world.

Write down information about them and the skills and abilities that they have and how they are used to improve others lives.

You can choose to do this as a written report, poster of powerpoint slide. This piece of homework is due on the 20th of May.
