We would like you to take part in the Healthy Families Programme. It will start on Friday 20^th April and run for eight weeks. It is free to attend and will take place during nursery hours. The class lasts one hour. The first half hour looks at healthy eating and the second part is fun physical activity for the whole family.

Your child must have an adult with them before they can take part. We need an idea of numbers so we know how many classes to book.

Please return your tear off slip if you will be able to attend with your child. Grandparents / childminders / Aunts etc are welcome too.

The Busy Bee group will be going to the library on Monday 29th January PM, 2pm – 3pm and Friday 2nd February AM, 10.15am – 11.15am

The Ladybird group will be going to the library on Monday 5th February PM, 2pm – 3pm and Friday 9th February AM, 10.15am – 11.15pm.

The Super Spider group will be going to the library on Friday 16th February AM, 10.15am – 11.15pm.

The Butterfly group will be going to the library on Monday 19th February PM, 2pm – 3pm and Friday 23rd February AM, 10.15am – 11.15pm.

We are looking for parent helpers to assist us so the visits can take place.
