• Academy visits – Thurs 13/6 and Fri 14/6 – remember 8.30am start and your gym kit if you have PE (Thurs – 1G, Fri – 1G, 1F, 1C,1D) and a small plastic container if you have Home Economics (Thurs – 1.11, 1.8,  Fri –  1.5, 1.4, 1.3 1.1, 1.6, 1.7)

We are rounding off Health Week with our Sports Day today!

This morning we had great fun in the sun taking part in our last ever potted sports. 😀

Learning Journeys are coming home is weekend!

Please ensure they come back to school on Monday 10/6/19.

Adda any out of school achievements and have an adult comment and sign on your latest entries.

We had a visit from PC Crawford yesterday, who talked to us all about drugs and the law. He also brought his placebo kit and we were able to see examples of what drugs would look like. We also got to use the scratch and sniff cards to see what some drugs smell like – they weren’t nice!
It was really interesting and has given us lots of information to help us make informed choices. 😀

Wednesday 5/6/19

• Let Loose – return ticket requests and DVD orders as soon as possible

• Complete HWB wider achievement Google Form inGoogle classroom (click hand in too!) by Fri 7/6/19.
• Sports Day is on Fri (7/6/19) – please come to school wearing your sports kit (avoid football tops, please!

An adult should check that homework has been completed as instructed and  sign the homework diary.

Sorry for the lack of blog posts in the last week – we have been experiencing some technical issues!

All appears to be sorted now, so let normal service resume!

Hot off the press – just in from Miss McKay.

Today was the last day of activities and it looks  like great fun was had by all! 😀

Miss McKay has been in touch to say –

“Good morning!  All were (almost) asleep by 9.30pm last night.  We were up for an early breakfast at 7.05am.  Bacon, omelette and beans on the menu.  All are doing so well with eating to boost their energy!  We’re getting ready to start activities at 9am and a day of land, air and lots of water awaits!”

The WIFI is being a little temperamental at the Dalguise end and there are pictures from yesterday still filtering through – I will try to get some of them on a little later this morning before tonight’s  main picture post!
